A real-time data and vintages system for reconstructing the economic information set that actually existed on a historical date. Later revisions remain available without leaking backward into the past.

These are heterogeneous release objects, intentionally preserved as such. The 29→103 spread is evidence of statistical asynchrony in the current seed, not yet a harmonized ranking of first-publication performance.
MENA-RTD defines the historical information set as the collection of source-verified observations publicly available by a chosen cutoff. The system is designed to answer a question latest-vintage databases usually cannot: whether an observation existed yet, which vintage existed, and under which methodology.
The system stores release state rather than only a country-period value.
